How to return
Store credit will be provided
All returned items will be provided with a store credit.
If your item is personalised then we cannot expect any returns unless item is faulty or damaged, please email one of the team before to discuss.
You will receive your credit in a coupon code format via the email address you provided at the point of sale.
This does NOT effect your statutory rights.
We will accept a return of price paid, unworn, unwashed, unmarked, unaltered, and undamaged products. However we cannot accept returns on accessories e.g hats & cap or swimwear
Returns cannot be made by customers from outside the United Kingdom as UK custom charges are currently too high.
Items must be in original packaging and unused. You’ve got 14 days to send something back to us from the day you receive it.
You will need to pay for the return of your item(s)
Please use a trackable service and keep your proof of postage receipt until after your store credit has been emailed over to you.
International deliveries may endure some customs/import tax duty on overseas shipping depending on where you are in the world and is payable by the customer and not included in the delivery cost.
SALE Items
We do not accept returns for sale items as these items are end of line pieces.
Any final SALE items which are attempted to be returned will be refused upon delivery and returned to the sender.
Store Credit
- Store Credit will be provided in the form of a code sent to the email address provided at the time of the original order.
- Store Credit can only be used online at our website, www.FlossyLondon.com
- Store Credit cannot be transferred to another person or account.
- Store Credit may not be purchased and is only provided when previously purchased items have been returned as a refund method.
- Any purchase amounts that exceed the value of the Store Credit will require an additional method of payment for the remaining balance due.
- Store credit has 6 months expiry
- Store credit is provided in Great British Pounds (GBP)
